Tracking competitors
See what's working for them, and draft your own take on it.
Adding a competitor
From Competitors, add a name and their handle on any platform. Landio syncs their recent public posts automatically and ranks them by real engagement.
Draft something like this
On any top-performing post, click "Draft something like this" to hand it to the AI content pipeline as a brief for an original post in your own voice — never a copy, and always a normal reviewable draft.
Who's worth tracking
Three to five accounts is usually enough — direct competitors plus one or two adjacent brands whose audience overlaps yours. Tracking dozens produces a feed nobody reads.
What the data can and can't tell you
You see what a competitor published and how it performed publicly. You don't see what it cost them, whether it was promoted, or whether it sold anything — so treat a high-engagement post as a prompt to investigate, not proof the format works.
Borrowing structure, not content
The useful signal is the shape of what works: format, cadence, angle. Drafting something like a competitor's post means starting from that structure in your own voice, and it's worth being deliberate about where the line sits.
When a sync fails
Competitor data depends on public availability. If an account goes private, is renamed, or the platform restricts access, the sync fails and you're notified rather than the feed quietly going stale.
