Terms of Service
Last updated: placeholder — replace before launch.
This is a template terms of service for Aurora, provided as a starting point. It should be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on for a real product.
Using Aurora
You're responsible for the content you create and publish through your connected accounts, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Accounts and workspaces
A workspace is fully isolated from other workspaces. You're responsible for who you invite to a workspace and the role you assign them — Owners and Admins can manage settings, billing, and membership.
Plans and limits
Plan limits (connected accounts, posts, AI generations, video generations, team members) apply as described on the pricing page. Exceeding a limit blocks the specific action until you upgrade or the limit resets, rather than degrading the rest of the product.
Third-party platforms and AI providers
Publishing to a connected social platform is subject to that platform's own terms. When you configure your own AI provider API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Runway), usage of that key is also subject to that provider's terms and billing — Aurora does not charge for, or mark up, model usage on a key you've configured.
Your content
You own the content you create in Aurora, including AI-generated drafts. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't use Aurora to publish content that violates a connected platform's policies or applicable law, to abuse the API keys or accounts of others, or to attempt to circumvent plan limits or security controls.
Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms or the acceptable use section above.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Aurora is provided "as is." AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing — we're not responsible for content you choose to publish without reviewing it, or for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms and AI providers.
