Privacy Policy
Last updated: placeholder — replace before launch.
This is a template privacy policy for Aurora, provided as a starting point. It should be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on for a real product handling real user data.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email), workspace and content data you create in the product, and data from social platforms you explicitly connect (via OAuth) for the purpose of publishing and reporting on your behalf. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to operate and improve the product.
How we use it
To operate the product: publishing content you create to the accounts you connect, generating AI content using the provider keys you configure, showing you analytics for your own accounts, and enforcing the plan limits described on the pricing page. We do not sell your data.
API keys and credentials
Social account tokens and any AI provider API keys you configure are encrypted at rest. AI provider keys are used only to make requests on your behalf to the provider you configured — never shared across workspaces, never exposed back to any client.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your workspace exists. Deleting a workspace, disconnecting an account, or removing an AI provider key removes the associated credentials; some records (like audit logs) may be retained longer where needed for security or legal reasons.
Children's privacy
Aurora is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
International data transfers
Your data may be processed in a country other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps to keep it protected consistent with this policy.
Your choices
You can disconnect a social account, remove an AI provider key, export or delete your content, or delete your workspace at any time from within the product.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
