What happens if I hit a plan limit?+
You'll see a clear message when you're at a limit (like connected accounts or AI generations for the month) — nothing breaks silently, and you can upgrade at any time to raise it.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?+
Yes — every plan lets you configure your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Runway API keys per workspace, so you control exactly what gets billed and where.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, you can move between plans at any time as your team and needs grow.
What counts toward the posts-per-month limit?+
Every post that actually publishes to a connected account counts once per platform variant — drafts and scheduled-but-not-yet-published posts don't count until they go live.
Do AI generations cost extra on top of my plan?+
No extra charge from Aurora — your plan includes a monthly AI generation allowance. If you configure your own provider key, usage is billed by that provider directly, at their rates.
What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Agency?+
Purely how much room you have — more connected accounts, more posts and AI generations per month, and more team members. The feature set is identical across every paid tier.
Is my data separated from other workspaces on the same plan?+
Yes — every workspace is fully isolated regardless of plan. Multi-workspace access (for agencies managing several clients) works the same way on every tier.
