Scheduling posts and using the calendar

From a content item's editor, pick a date and time in the Schedule field and click Schedule. A background worker publishes it automatically at that time — you can close the tab and it still happens.

The Calendar page shows every scheduled and published post across every connected platform in one view, so gaps and clashes are obvious. Failed publishes are flagged there too, with a Retry button.

On platforms that support it (Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Mastodon), you can add a First Comment — extra hashtags or a link posted automatically right after the main post goes live, keeping the caption itself clean.
