Creating Content

Bulk scheduling from a CSV file

Schedule dozens of posts at once, with an optional approval step.

The basics

From the Content page, click "Bulk schedule (CSV)" and download the template. Each row becomes its own post — caption, target accounts, and schedule time are required; hashtags, a CTA, a link, format, media URL, and a first comment are optional.

Requiring approval

Check "Require approval before publishing" before importing to route every row through your workspace's normal approval queue instead of scheduling directly — useful for teams that need sign-off even on bulk imports.

Getting the column format right

Download the template rather than building a file from scratch — most failed imports come from a mis-shaped header row. Times are ISO 8601 with an offset, or a plain date and time (in your workspace's date format) read in your workspace timezone, and accounts are given as PROVIDER:username separated by a pipe.

Rows are published exactly as written

Bulk import does no AI generation. The text in each row is the text that publishes, which makes it the right tool for content you've already written and approved elsewhere, and the wrong one for turning a rough idea into a post.

Sending an import through approval

Ticking the approval option routes every row into the review queue instead of scheduling it directly. Useful when someone other than the approver prepared the spreadsheet.

When some rows fail

Imports are row-by-row, not all-or-nothing. Valid rows are scheduled and invalid ones are reported individually with a line number and reason, so you fix the few that failed rather than re-uploading everything.
