Feature
Comment Automation
Someone comments a keyword, they get a trackable link back — automatically.
The "comment X and I'll DM you the link" pattern, built in. Attach a trigger phrase to a post — or to every post an Autopilot rule ever publishes — and when someone comments it, Landio sends them a private reply with a trackable link, no one on your team lifting a finger. Uses each platform's real private-reply API, so it only runs where a documented one actually exists.
- Works on manually-created posts and on every post a given Autopilot rule publishes
- Sends a real private reply via the platform's own API — not a public comment back
- The link sent is the same trackable Lead Attribution link used everywhere else in Landio
- Only fires on Facebook and Instagram today — the only platforms with a documented private-reply API
How it works
Comment Automation in three steps
Set a trigger phrase and a destination
Choose the keyword or phrase to watch for, and the page you want commenters sent to — a booking page, a product, a lead magnet.
Attach it to a post or a rule
Attach it to one specific post, or to an Autopilot rule so it applies to every post that rule ever publishes, automatically.
It replies the moment a comment matches
A background sync catches the matching comment and sends a private reply with your trackable link — the same link and click tracking used by Lead Attribution.
Who it's for
Built for how you actually work
Businesses running "comment for the link" promotions
The exact pattern creators use to drive DMs, without anyone manually replying to every comment.
Autopilot users who want engagement, not just reach
Attach a trigger once at the rule level and every autonomous post gets the same lead-capture behavior.
Teams that can't monitor comments in real time
Catch a lead-worthy comment even if no one's watching the post when it comes in.
Questions about comment automation
Which platforms does this work on?+
Facebook and Instagram — the only two platforms with a documented API for sending a private reply to a public comment. Other platforms have no equivalent endpoint, so triggers on those platforms won't fire.
Can it require someone to follow me first?+
No platform exposes an API to actually verify someone's follow status, so "require a follow" is advisory copy shown to commenters only — it's never enforced before the link is sent.
Does this work with Autopilot?+
Yes — attach a Comment Automation to an Autopilot rule instead of a single post, and it applies to every post that rule publishes going forward.
