Connecting your first social account

Open Social Accounts from the sidebar. You'll see a "Connect account" button, plus a real OAuth "Connect with..." button for any platform your workspace administrator has configured real credentials for (Meta, X, TikTok, Pinterest).

Bluesky and Mastodon connect differently since they're credential-per-account rather than OAuth: you'll be asked for an app password (Bluesky) or a personal access token and your instance URL (Mastodon), generated from that platform's own settings page.

Once connected, the account shows up everywhere in the app immediately — the content composer, the calendar, Autopilot, Comment Automation, and Analytics.

If a connection expires or is revoked on the platform's side, you'll see it flagged on the Social Accounts page and get a notification — reconnect the same way to restore it.
