Make a privacy request
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object to how it is used. You do not need an account with us — if we hold data about you because someone else gave it to us, you can still ask.
Use the address your data is held under. We send a confirmation link here — we do not ask for identity documents.
Nothing happens until you confirm by email.
What happens next
- We email you a confirmation link. Nothing is acted on until you open it.
- We find what we hold about you.
- Some requests are carried out straight away. Others need a person to look at them — for example if we are required by law to keep something.
- We tell you what we did, and if we refuse any part of it, why.
We do not currently publish a fixed response time. We will confirm the timescale that applies to your request when we acknowledge it.
